Problem

There was a lack of communication of ideas. This often caused a notable amount of confusion and a need for constant clarification.

Solution

After doing some research I found an online tool to create a guideline for the team. This platform allowed us to have a static source that was accessible to everyone. Due to the usage of this platform, it also ensured everyone was on the same page regarding branding.
